Overview:
This project involved designing a full apparel graphics collection for Tog & Trims, rooted in bold visual storytelling and contemporary streetwear culture. Every graphic was developed from scratch, beginning with concept exploration and sketching, followed by digital illustration and refined composition. Rather than treating the designs as surface decoration, the focus was on creating wearable visuals that carry meaning, personality, and rhythm. Each piece stands on its own—some loud, some minimal, some experimental—while remaining visually connected as part of a cohesive collection. From concept to final production-ready files, the artwork was carefully refined to ensure strong print clarity, balanced color presence, and impact at real scale on fabric. The result is a collection designed not just to be seen, but to be worn and experienced.
Challenges:
The primary challenge was balancing expressive illustration with real-world production constraints. Designs needed to feel bold and experimental while remaining clean, legible, and consistent when printed on fabric. Another challenge was maintaining visual cohesion across multiple graphics without making the collection feel repetitive. Each piece had to carry its own identity while still aligning with the brand’s tone, audience, and streetwear positioning.
Conclusion:
The final collection reflects a design approach that prioritises clarity, intention, and craft. Each graphic translates concept into wearable form, combining illustration, composition, and production awareness. For Tog & Trims, the outcome is a versatile apparel collection that feels expressive yet grounded—designed to connect with its audience through visuals that feel alive, meaningful, and ready for real-world wear.
